7 Days into Project 100 days

Been watching what I eat. Cutting down the carbs and concentrate on higher protein content.

Been to gym 3 days in a week, less days of visit but higher hours of workouts.

Will change strategy next week. Shorter hours but making it a daily event.

Cardio Cardio Cardio.

I need endorphins. Need to feel happy.
