IRC Agenda
Recently met some new friends on IRC.
Its cool. And i realised that the culture of "Hi..intro...stay.... seek..." is pretty much alive !
That's ok by me. And I made it clear to whoever pm me that I am seeking friends - only.
Really. And I think this level of honesty and clarity can lead to purely interesting chat about life and such.
So I think, in the end, we can have proper net conversations. As long as you make it clear and the other person is ok with it.

7 Days into Project 100 days
Been watching what I eat. Cutting down the carbs and concentrate on higher protein content.
Been to gym 3 days in a week, less days of visit but higher hours of workouts.
Will change strategy next week. Shorter hours but making it a daily event.
Cardio Cardio Cardio.
I need endorphins. Need to feel happy.

Weddings & Birthdays
Attended a Malay colleagues wedding. It is such a colorful culture, with pomp and great feast.
I am happy to be invited.
As with balance of all things, some tears were shed when the time came for the bride to be sent off, with the poetic beats of the kompang.
And later today, attending the birthday party of a friend's sister. Looking forward to the happy event.

Was surprised by a little piece of info.
